"Genius: Picasso" is the title of the second season of National Geographic’s series that premiered in April 2018. On this occasion, National Geographic organized a competition "I paint what I see - the symbol of a city in the Picasso". Young artists were to depict symbols of cities in which they’ve studied.
I decided to draw the famous Fighting Goats of Poznań. The inspiration for my work was Picasso's "Girl before a Mirror".
I won first prize in this competition and my entry will be used to promote the series "Genius: Picasso", which will be released on the National Geographic channel.
